Dear Francine, My most sincere condolences your family's loss. Since meeting Tony as your « little » brother back in the 70’s , I would often bump into him at different social gatherings and sometimes have coffee with him and my brother Andy ( they became colleagues at Bell Aliant). He was a beautiful person , the kid became a mature , thoughtful man and good father immensely proud of his 2 children . Always cheerful and friendly, I liked to call him Tony Baloney to tease him and he liked to laugh! I know he was loved by his colleagues and friends. He was also very much respected for his professionalism and competence. Please know that your family especially his children are in our thoughts during this difficult time. Should the family decide to hold a memorial service we would like to know the details in order to attend. I also want you to know that I’ll be advising your old friends from Mathieu-Martin of Tony’s passing . When I meet with Kim Murphy; Marie Marthe Collette; Leblanc; Denyse Leblanc and their spouses we often speak fondly of you , Tony and your mother). Sincerely yours , Michael B

My sincere condolences to Tony' family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Tony twice in his career. Once back in the late 90's, early 2000's with video conferencing, then again in 2019 when he joined our Bell team. Tony was always professional and very personable. I feel very fortunate to have had this time with Tony. He was a pleasure to work with and he will be missed.

Condolences to Tony's family and many friends. He had a way of bringing everyone into the moment with his music and song. You didn't just listen, you were drawn into his passion for the song. I hope he finds out where the lions are.

My sincere condolences to the family. Tony began working for my company, CEV in 2000 as our Video Conference Technical Specialist. He adapted perfectly to our out of ordinary team in our Halifax office. His professionalism and dedication with clients was undeniable; if Tony was on the case I was sure the job would be done right. Thanks for the great years buddy.

My sympathies to the family. I was surprised to read the notice on FB. I was following his FB page and not long ago he was posting pictures of and talking about guitars. Many times he posted outdoor pictures. I knew Tony from the Elmwood Drive neighborhood in the ‘70s. We lost touch for many years, but connected again on FB when he started sharing his experience with treatments for his medical condition. I thought that he was so brave and positive. It really saddens me.

won't be long... when I first started with Bell, Tony was the 1st colleague I sympathized with, we took coffee every morning together, he had nothing to do with my race or my accent, we both loved the same music. Once he told me: me and you if we are wounded we have the same red blood it s the same color, so we are the same and both are humans. he was so easy to share time with. modest and joyfull man.
