Dear Bonnie and family, My memories of David will never dim......he was truly a wonderful man and a wonderful friend. I have been so lucky to know him these past 31 years. He loved you Bonnie and his family so much. As one of your friends said here, it is too hard not to shed a tear. May your memories of David help you through this most difficult time. Dear David, we will miss you and loved you dear friend. Bonnie and you were so supportive to John and I when we reached Pointe -du-Chene Yacht club from Ontario on our boat Genevieve. When the weather became too rough there was always a bed, a rum and a game of cards to be played at your house on the Point. Bonnie and you were so kind, and the friendship extended to us immediately established a lifelong friendship. To Bonnie and family, we send our condolences and love. Dave said “shed no tears” that is very difficult to do when you lose such a dear friend. We will remember the shenanigans and laugh with you as we remember all the fun times. Bonnie, Roberta and Family - My most sincere condolences on the passing of Dave. Dave was one of those people you meet in life and never forget. He had a presence that would light up any room. I so remember all our yacht club times together and seeing you both pass by Second Avenue on your bikes. I know your happy memories will help you with the sorrow you feel.
