Obituary of Frederick "Fred" Martin Constable

Frederick M. Constable, 89, formerly of Friel St. of Moncton, NB; passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015. at Veterans Health Care Centre, Moncton where he has call home for the past 18 years. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, USA; he was the son of the late Arthur and Gladys (Reynolds) Constable. Fred was a retired Machinist with the CNR. He was a veteran of WW II, having served with the Royal Canadian Navy. He will be missed by his son Rockland "Rocky" Constable ( Viera ) of Tottenham ON; one sister Carmel Constable of Moncton; brother Joseph Constable of Riverview; granddaughter Lori-Ann; as well as nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth "Helen" Constable in 2013; a brother Arthur Constable and a half brother Donald. Honoring Fred's wishes there is no viewing or visitation at the funeral home. A Graveside will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton, NB. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 1:00pm with Rev. Chris VanBuskirk officating. Donations in Fred's memory made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Veteran's Health Care Center, 65 War Veterans Ave. Moncton, NB E1C 0E7 would be appreciated by his family.
