Obituary of Gladys Cathryne Smith

With almost 99 years on this earth Gladys Cathryne Smith (Gray) has joined her parents, Murray and Cathern (Kitty) (Rudge) Gray; her husband Gordon; son, Murray and his wife Irene. Gladys passed away at the Moncton Hospital, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Born in Fredericton, she was employed with T. Eaton Co. for over 26 years of service. A loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be sadly missed by her son Richard (Marie) Smith and grand daughter Laura with whom she resided for over 20 years. She is also survived by grandchildren Carol, Chris, and Cheryl; great-grandchildren, Jillian, Aaron, Nick, Kysha and Ryan. In honour of her wishes, there will not be any visitation or funeral service held. A private family graveside service will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
