Obituary of Cecil William Yeomans

Cecil William Yeomans of Moncton, passed away with family by his side at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at the age of 88 years. Born in Moncton, NB on July 24, 1921 he was the son of the late William and Greta (Dawson) Yeomans. Cecil was a former Captain of the Moncton Fire Dept. Brandon St. from 1946-1978. He is survived by his daughters Faye (George) Grisson of Havelock, Lynn (Robert) Robichaud of Dieppe, Gail Lirette of Moncton, and Dawn Comeau of Moncton; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Marion in 1992. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home 171 Lutz St. on Friday, January 15, 2010 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 10:00 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery in the spring. In Cecil's memory, donations made to The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
