Obituary of Charles R. MacDonald

Charles R. MacDonald, 82 , of Riverview, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Born in Sunny Brae, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Robina (Finn) MacDonald. Charles loved fishing and camping, spent his summers at the beach, he was just an outdoors kind of guy. Survived by daughter Sandra Killam of Edmonton AB; son Larry and his wife Anne MacDonald of Moncton; six grandchildren Sheldon, Sherese, Shawn, Shane, Ricky and Danny; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by first wife Irene King, also by his second wife Esther MacDonald in 2014; brother Walter; sisters Ruby, Nellie, Eleanor and Margaret. By personal request there will be no viewing or visitation at the Funeral Home. The Memorial service will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev: Aaron Billard officiating. Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery. Donations in Charles' memory made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
