Obituary of William "Bill" J. Roche

William "Bill" J. Roche, 57, of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital following a brief illness on Friday, January 26, 2007. Born in Halifax, NS he is the son of S. Rosemary (Truman) Roche and the late Philip G. Roche. Bill was employed at the Riverview Mall. He was n avid reader he enjoyed reading current events and also enjoyed home repair and construction shows. He is survived by mother, Rosemary Roche of Riverview; two brothers Barry and Philip Roche both of Riverview; one sister Yvonne MacDonald (Colin) of North Sydney, NS; nephews Shane, Sean, Richard and Robert "Bob"; nieces Diane and Carole; and by his aunts Marie Truman, Lena Whalen, Shirley Publicover and Eva Campbell all of NS. Besides his father, he was predeceased by one brother Gregory Roche in 1996 and one sister Carole E. Gabbey in 1999 Resting at Riverview Funeral Home, Pine Glen Road with visitation on Monday, January 29, 2007 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. Parish prayers will be held at the funeral home Monday evening at 8:30pm. The funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Fatima Dr. Riverview on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at 10:00 am with Fr. Allison Carroll officiating.
