Obituary of F. Bloyce Bulman

F. Bloyce Bulman, of Riverview, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, August 13, 2007 at the age of 44 years. Born in Moncton, NB on January 6, 1963 he was the son of Elmer L. and Ruth (Wood) Bulman of Riverivew. Bloyce was co-owner of Stonehurst Golf & Trailer Park which he and his brother Glen have operated since 1987. A loving son, husband, dad, brother, uncle and friend, he will be sadly missed by his parents; wife Sherry; daughter Ashley at home; sister Nancy and her husband Ian Ryder of Woodstock; brothers Glen Bulman of Riverview, Leigh Bulman and his wife Joyce of Saint John; nieces, nephews and many friends. Bloyce had a passion for his family, football and Stonehurst Golf & Trailer Park. A standout player for the Mount Allison Mounties from 1981 through 1985, his career highlights include AUAA all conference selections, participation in the 1984 Vanier Cup, selection in the CFL draft by the Montreal Concord and induction to the Mount Allison sports wall of fame. After graduating from Mount Allison he devoted himself to his wife Sherry, daughter Ashley and his work at Stonehurst. He will be fondly remembered by all. Visitation will be held for family only. The funeral service will be held at St. John The Baptist Anglican Church on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Albert Snelgrove officiating. Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. In Bloyce's memory, donations made to The Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
