Obituary of Robert Dudley Cotton

Passed away peacefully July 12th, 2008 after a brief & heroic battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Ernest & Helen (Aiton) Cotton. Bob is survived by his sister Kathryn (Mark) LeBlanc, nephew Brett (Wendy) LeBlanc & their children, Kai & Ayla, whom he enjoyed very much. Bob was an inspiration to all in his valiant acceptance of his disease, his continued sense of humor to the end, and his resolve (in his words) “to struggle on and see what happens”. He will be sadly missed by those whose lives he touched. According to his wishes, cremation will take place without visitation and with interment at Pioneer Cemetery, Penobsquis, NB. Many heartfelt thanks for the genuine & compassionate care of the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital to which, at Bob’s request, donations are invited to be made.
