Obituary of Isabella MacDonald

Isabella F. MacDonald, age 96 years of Mississauga, ON and formerly of Lower Coverdale, NB; passed away at the Trillium General Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario on Monday, July 28, 2008. Born in Glasgow, Scotland on February 25th, 1912; she was the daughter of the late William and Emma (Scott) Spottiswoode. Isabella formerly attended Lower Coverdale Baptist Church and was a member of the Lower Coverdale Women's Institute, the Women's Missionary Society, and a Leader in the Pioneer Girls. She is survived by her sons John "Jack" and his wife Elizabeth MacDonald of Mississauga, ON, David and his wife Janice MacDonald of Huntsville, ON; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews. Isabella was predeceased by her husband Harold in 2006 and infant son Warren Resting at Riverview Funeral Home on Friday, August 1st, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Lower Coverdale Baptist Church on Saturday August 2nd, 2008 at 2:00pm with Rev. Jack Allen officiating. Interment will be in Wilmot Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Isabella made to The Lower Coverdale Baptist Church Building Fund would be appreciated by her family.
