Obituary of Elizabeth Rosina DeWolfe

Elizabeth R. DeWolfe, 82 years, formerly of Highland View Rd. Moncton, passed away at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home on Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Born in Ealing, England on March 31, 1926, she was the daughter of the late John and Edith (Roberts) Ware. She was a member of St. George's Anglican Church in Moncton. Elizabeth was a member of the War Brides Association, she enjoyed quilting, knitting and crosswords. Her greatest love was her family, a loving and caring mother, nanny, sister and friend, she will be sadly missed by her son Raymond DeWolfe (Loriene) of Moncton; her two step-sons Alfred DeWolfe and Donnie DeWolfe (Leola) all of Moncton; her four step-daughters Dorothy Bennet, Elizabeth Cormier, Velma Breau and Sharon Lewis (Ross) all of Moncton; her adoring grandchildren Kimberly, Duane, Tracy and Bobby, her several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; three great grandchildrens Kevin, Nicholas and Joshua; two sisters Edna James and Patricia Whatrol (Colin) both of England; one brother Ronald Ware of England; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Alfred James DeWolfe in 1988 and by her step-daughter Patsy LeBlanc. Visitation is at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, Corner of Church and Queen Streets Moncton on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at 2:00 pm with The Rev. Chris VanBuskirk officiating. Interment will be at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens, Moncton. Donations in Elizabeth's memory made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
