Obituary of Robert R. W. Carlin

Robert R. W. Carlin, age 56 years of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Born in Moncton, NB, he is the son of Raymond Carlin and the late Anita G. (Bastarache) Carlin. He was employed with Flash Delivery Couriers. Robert is survived by his wife Darlene Kierstead; daughters Maryanne (Michel) Gauthier of St. Antoine, Jennifer Leger of St. Antoine, Tiffanie Carlin, Aleshya Kierstead and Sara Phina Carlin all at home; sons Robert (Melissa) Carlin of Dieppe, Zachery Carlin, Christopher Carlin and Johnathan all at home; seven grandchildren; sisters Laura (Terry) Bouthlier of Moncton, Ruth (Gill) LeBelle of Ottawa, Esther Dedam of Moncton and Audrey (Lee) Mattatall of Moncton; brothers Alfred (Sonya) Bastarache of Havelock and Johnny (Cathy) Carlin of St. Paul, also by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother and sister Viola Capps. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home on Friday June 5, 2009 From 2 to 4 & 7 to 9pm. A funeral service will be held from the Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 2pm with The Rev. Chris VanBuskirk officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the special nurses of the Palliative Care Unit at the Moncton Hospital for all the care and support they have shown to Robert and his family.
