Obituary of Violet "Vi" Isabel LeBlanc
Violet "Vi" LeBlanc of Residence du Marais, Dieppe passed away at the G. L. Dumont Hospital early Saturday morning October 1, 2011 at the age of 91 years . Born in Harcourt on February 26, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Robert Irven and Margaret Isabel (Wellwood) Wylie. She attended St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the Golden Age Club in Dieppe also a member of the Dieppe Dart Club for several years. Vi will be sadly missed by her son Lester Robert Roberts of Dieppe; step- daughter Aurela LeBlanc (Roger) of Sainte Marie De Kent; stepsons Leslie Bud Roberts of ON, Paul LeBlanc (Mary Ann), Vince LeBlanc (Theresa) and David (Helen) LeBlanc all of Irishtown and Guy LeBlanc of Moncton; Sisters Gladys (Emery) Goguen of Moncton and Jeanie Wiseman and BC; 5 grandchildren Sherry Roberts (Jamie), Lester (Prudence), Paige (Donny), Alex, and Victoria; 4 great grandchildren Dylan, Hailey, Anthony and Parker, she was expecting her 5th great grandchild this month; several step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Leslie David Roberts in 1959, and 2nd husband Joseph Aurele LeBlanc in 1984; sister Ann Sweeney; brother John William Wylie. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home on Monday October 3rd, 2011 from 2:00-4:00pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday October 4th at 10:00am with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. In Vi's memory, donations made to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
