Obituary of Robert C. Jeffery

Calhoun, NB- Bob Jeffery, 75, of Calhoun, NB, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. Born in Young’s Cove, NB, he was the son of the late Russell and Mabel (Barton) Jeffery. Bob retired after many years working as a Crane Operator for Irving Heavy Equipment. He is survived and dearly missed by his wife of 54 years, Betty Jeffery (nee Lewis), two sons, Andrew (Dina), Mississauga, ON and David (Chantal), Calhoun, NB; one daughter, Susan, Moncton, NB; two sisters, Lois Meyer (Donald), Minto, NB, Jennie Boyd (Gary), Sussex, NB; one brother Clifford, Coles Island, NB; one special grandchild, Tori Furlotte and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Bob was pre-deceased by one brother, Allison Jeffery. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home on Monday August 8, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Memorial service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home Chapel, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Tuesday, August 09, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Irving officiating. There will be a private family graveside service to follow in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. Any donations in Bob’s memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Moncton SPCA.
