Obituary of Bernadette Wrynn

Bernadette Wrynn of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday May 7, 2011 at the age of 91 years. Born in Moncton on March 6, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Edward and Zita (Moore) Wrynn. Bernadette worked for #5 Supply Depot during the time of War, also with UNICEF Overseas. Upon returning to Canada she was employed in Washington and later in New York with United Nations. She later was employed with Volkswagen in Moncton retiring in 1981. She was a member of Holy Family Roman Catholic Parish and a member of the CWL; a former member of the MCA and the Moncton Golf and Country Club. Bernadette will be sadly missed by sister Frances Johnston (Frank) of Moncton; nephews and nieces Angus, Elinor, Cyril, Neil, Allison, Connie and Edward. Besides her parents she was predeceased by two brothers Cyril Edward and Frederick Charles; and by her sister Clara. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Tuesday May 10, 2011 from 1:00pm until time of departure for mass at 1:45pm. The funeral mass will be held at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday May 10, 2011 at 2:00pm with father Mulligan officiating.
