Obituary of Berg Jensen

Berg Jensen, 89 , of Moncton, NB passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Born in Denmark on March 13, 1923 he was the son of the late Thorvald and Anna (Skaftved) Jensen. He was a retired businessman with two other passions than business and that was, to travel the world with his wife and friends and secondly his passion for cars. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force during WWII. Survived by sons Peter (Lindy) Jensen of Dartmouth, and Paul (Peggy) Jensen of Moncton; sister Rita Boyd of Moncton; grandchildren Gregory, Kevin, Jan and Jeffrey; great grandchildren Mitchell, Amelia and Alexa also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Audrey (Hall) Jensen in 2008; brothers Edmond, Peter and John Jensen. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 7pm until 9pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, 171 Lutz Street on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 1:00pm with Rev. Jeff Irving officiating. Interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Berg's memory may be made to the memorial of the donor’s choice.
