Obituary of Barbara Ann Scott

Barbara Anne Scott, 58 years, of Riverview, NB, passed away at her home on Monday 27 April 2015. Born in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland, she was the daughter of the late David and Eileen (Sutherland) Scott. Barbara was an optician, and was a long-time member of the Opticians Association of New Brunswick. She loved animals and the theatre, and enjoyed cross-stitching and music. She was a long-time volunteer with area schools, and enjoyed working with their libraries. She is survived by her son Alexander Lyons Bond (Jeremy Mcgillan) of Potton, Bedfordshire, UK, daughter Kate Marie Bond (Jeremy Thorne) of Riverview, former partner Steven Bond (Fredericton), and granddaughter Morgan Grace Bond, who was the light of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Atlantic Canada Cancer Research Centre.
