Obituary of Allan Glenwood Harper

Allan Glenwood Harper, 83 years of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Saturday, March 20, 2021. Born in Campbellton, NB he was the son of the late Arthur P. and Alice (Manderville) Harper. Allan worked for over 20 years for the Federal Government with Superannuation. Allan was a member of Maplewood Golf Club and enjoyed playing up to 80 rounds a season. He loved to travel and enjoyed planning vacations for the whole family. Allan enjoyed the simple plesures of life. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Joan (Ferguson) Harper; daughter, Tracy and her husband Lenny Bastarache of Moncton; grandson, Kris Bastarache of Moncton. A funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 2:00pm with Rev. Rob Salloum officiating. All Covid-19 safety protocol will be followed including face masks. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery later in the spring.
