Obituary of David Richard

David Thomas Joseph Richard Born February 2 1948, passed away peacefully in his home after a short battle with Brain Cancer. He was able to say his goodbyes to those he loved in his last few months and we are all very grateful for the time we had with him. As per his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no funeral. A small private reception will be held at a later date. He will be missed by all who knew him. Survived by his son Sean, wife Samantha and there two sons Alexander and William; his daughter Karee, her husband Christopher; and their mother Mary. As well as two brothers, Clarence (Diane) and Ricky(Judy), a sister Paulette and many nieces and nephews. Dave brought a smile to everyone who knew him and anyone he met. Even his doctors and nurses in his final days quickly grew to love him as family. It was his big heart that had room for everyone that drew you to him and his wicked sense of humour that kept you coming back for more. Most of all he was a truly nice guy.
