Obituary of Cheryl Ann Rushton

Cheryl Ann Rushton of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at the age of 63. Born in Western Shore, Lunenburg Co, NS she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Lucy (Vaughan) Drake. Cheryl was a loving caring person who always thought of others. She loved her family and friends and would drop anything to spend time with them. Her passion was spending time with the dogs and people she met at the Riverview Dog Park. She loved playing games and had a great sense of humor. She always tried to make people happy and would do anything for anyone. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed. Survived by her daughters, Carol (Bruce) Steeves, Melissa (Kevin) Smith; sisters, Darlene Drake, Trinda (Gilles) Allard and Karen (Brian) Morgan; brother, Danny (Connie) Drake; four grandchildren: Brendan, Trinten, Connor and Alexander; one great grandchild, Declan also by four nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers, Terry Johnson, Raymond Drake; sisters, Heather Drake and Raelenea Stymest. A celebration of Cheryl's life will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd, Riverview, NB on Satruday, December 28, 2019 from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Donations in Cheryl's memory made to a living memorial to be used for the Riverview Dog Park, C/O Trinda Allard, 287 Whitepine Rd, Riverview, NB E1B 3R9 would be appreciated by the family.
