Obituary of Ronald "Ron" Robichaud

Ron Robichaud, 84 of Riverview, NB passed away peacefully at Monarch Hall on Sunday, July 18th. He will be sadly missed by his wife June Robichaud; their three daughters, Lisa Robichaud of Moncton, Rhonda (Allan Boddy) of Halifax, NS, Angela (Launce Young) of Moncton; NB; four grandchildren Matthew (Jessica) Boddy of Bedford, NS and Marion Boddy of Victoria, BC, Megan Young and Courtney Young of Moncton; one sister, Alma Sawyer of Dieppe and one brother Roger Robichaud of Bouctouche; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son Randy in 2002 and by his siblings Ted, Grace Herbert, Geneva Herbert, Irene Boudreau & Rudy Robichaud. Ron was a life-long athlete, playing hockey in his youth all the way into his 70s with the Nifty Fifties. He was as a member of NB Sports Hall of Fame inducted for baseball with the Lewisville Keefe Cubs. Employed with NB Power until his retirement, Ron enjoyed life. He will be remembered for is laugh, his smile and for being a great host and cook at the Annual Family BBQ's. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview on Thursday July 22, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm The Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Fatima Dr. Riverview, on Friday July 23, 2021 at 11:00 am. with Fr.
