Obituary of Gillian M. Johnson

Gillian Johnson, 74, of Riverview, NB; passed away at Monarch Hall in Riverview on Friday, January 21, 2022. She was born in Moncton and was the only child of the late David and Edna (Battersby) Meahan. She was a former employee of Sears Canada retiring with 25 years’ service. Gillian enjoyed collecting items of brass, she especially loved spending time at the "Family Camp" where she cherished her time with her family, gardening and raising her favorite breed "Yellow Labs". A loving mother, mother in law, grandmother and friend she will be deeply missed by her daughter Shelley Ward (Craig) of Havelock and her adoring grandchildren Samantha and Valerie (Josiah). Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her best friend and husband of 49 years Kenneth G. Johnson in 2018. Honouring Gillian's wishes there is no service, cremation has taken place.
