Obituary of Kristopher James Cole

Kristopher James Cole of Moncton passed away at his residence on Monday, January 20, 2025 at the age of 59 years. Born in Sackville, NB, he was the son of Raymond and the late Phyllis (McPhee) Cole.

Kris helped everyone and judged no one and we're devastated at the sudden and unexpected passing of our Kris at his home in Moncton.

He grew up in Sackville, an avid Minor Hockey goalie. After graduating from TRHS he attended Culinary School, eventually completing the Red Seal Certification, and was employed at various Moncton restaurants until his retirement.

A lifelong animal lover, especially cats - most recently Bella, and the red - eared slider turtle he spoiled for many years.

He enjoyed a wide variety of music, best way to listen being cassettes on the walkman.

Kris was pre-deceased by his mom, Phyllis, in 2013. His grieving family is dad, Raymond (Sonny) and brother, Kirk of Sackville, NB; sister, Kim of Halifax, NS.

Also feeling a huge loss are many friends, especially his closest gal pals, Shawna, Nancy, and Rosie.

In honor of Kris there will not be any visitation or funeral service held. A Celebration of Kris' Life will be held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Kris can be made to the Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundation, People for Animal Wellbeing PAW (formerly SPCA) or to CARMA Cat Rescue would be appreciated.
