Obituary of Dorothy King

Dorothy King of Moncton, NB passed away at her residence on Tuesday August 6, 2024 at the age of 67 years. Born in Moncton a daughter of the late Stanley and Daphne (White) King.

Dorothy was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Moncton.

Survived by her daughter, Jennie Lee Cormier of Moncton, NB; sister, Peggy Paget (John) of Calgary, AB; brothers, Gerald King (Janet), Art King (Jeanette), Kenneth King (Linda), David King (Marcia) all of Moncton; two grandsons, Michael and Brad, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret and Karen.

Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 187 McLaughlin Rd., Moncton, NB on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 12pm until 1pm followed by the funeral service at 1pm with Pastor Joel Eastwood officiating.

Interment will be held at Wilmot Memorial Cemetery, Lower Coverdale, NB.

Donations in memory of Dorothy to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated by the family.
