Obituary of Thérèse Wilson

Thérèse Marie Wilson born November 8, 1957 in Moncton and passed away on Sunday, December 10th at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital.

Thérèse was the daughter of Huberte Richard and the late Rodrigue Richard.

Thérèse will be dearly missed by her mother Huberte; children, Lisa Wilson and Mathieu Wilson; her grand-son Nathaniel Messervey; brothers Gerry Richard, Daniel Richard, and Andre Richard.

Thérèse enjoyed movies, travelling, days at the beach and was always in the mood for a good adventure. She loved spending time with friends and family.

Thérèse was part of Les Jeunes chanteurs d'Acadie in 1976 and travelled to England to perform in front of Queen Elizabeth II.

She worked at the Villa du Repos for many years and afterwards continued to work in home care until eventually retiring, she spent most of her years in Campbellton, NB while enjoying the scenery of mountains and rivers.

Visitation will be held at Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre, 214 Pine Glen Rd., Riverview (506-857-9544) on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church, 43 Botsford St. Moncton on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 10:00am.
