Brian, Janet and families. My husband Bruce Gunter has many fond memories of you and your Mom visiting his family in Newcastle Creek during the summers. Bruce and I met in 2014 and it wasn't long after that I met your Mom. I found Frances to be quite a firecracker, quick to make a joke and so interesting to engage in conversation. I think she was around age 88 when she stood in our kitchen and pulled on her sneakers and tied them while standing up. She wouldn't accept the chair that was offered. Amazing!
We feel very special to have one of Frances' cross stitch framed creations. A lighthouse on the cliffs by the ocean. Beautifully created by her hand. I only wish I could have known her longer.
