Obituary of John "Jackie" Thomas Stothart

Jackie T. Stothart, age 70, of West Branch, Kent Co. NB; passed away at his residence on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Born in Rexton, NB; he was the son of the late Thomas and Hazel (Sinton) Stothart. Jack enjoyed the outdoors and worked in the woods and on local farms. He loved music and playing his guitar. A kind and gentle soul, he will be lovingly missed by his wife Deborah Hunt, his daughter Sharon Murphy; two grandchildren; two sisters, Donna Little (Gary) and Joyce Murphy (Allen) all of Rexton; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and a brother in law George ( the late Arlene) Mundle of Moncton. Besides his parents he was predeceased by an infant brother, Vincent and by his sisters, Arlene Mundle and Maxine MacDonald (Carl) Honouring "Jackie's wishes there is no visitation or funeral service. A private family celebration, honouring Jackie's life will be held at a later date.
