Obituary of Storey Rebecca "Becky" Jane

Storey, Rebecca "Becky" Jane,94, formerly of Milner Road Moncton, passed away at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home Moncton on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Born in Athol, NS; she was the daughter of the late John W. and Mary E. (Brown) Harrison Rebecca was a member of Mount Royal United Church and a former member of the Mount Royal Church Choir. Becky was an avid gardener, she also enjoyed dancing, music, bowling and fishing. A kind and caring person she will be sadly missed by her loving nieces and nephews. Becky was the last surviving member of her immediate family.. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Murray Howe Storey in 1979; special friend Shirley Russell; also by three sisters Greta Cudmore, Mae Boutilier and Clara Croft and by four brothers Roland, John, George and Raymond Harrison. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, Lutz St. Moncton with visitation on Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 1:30pm with Rev. B. Anningston officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Becky's memory made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
