Obituary of Rita M. Leaman

Rita M. Leaman, 92, of Monarch Hall Riverview, NB and formerly of Moncton NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Thursday, May 3, 2012. Born in Moncton on July 1, 1919; she was the daughter of the late Alphie and Roseline (Maddix) Gallant. She was formerly employed with Co-Operative Insurance. She was a member of Paroisse Cathedrale Notre Dame de L'Assomption. She is survived by two sisters Inez Humphreys (Alfred) and Eileen Greer all of BC; a brother Fred Gallant (Thalda) of Summerside, PEI as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Archie Leaman in 1988 and by two sisters Irene Melanson and Eunice Comeau and by her brothers Peter, Rene and Albert Gallant. The funeral mass will be held at Cathedrale N-D L'Assomption on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 9:00am with Fr. Jean Guy Dallaire officiating. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
