Obituary of Peter LeBlanc
Peter LeBlanc, of Notre Dame, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, January 28, 2008, having just celebrated his 74th birthday.
Born in Moncton, NB on January 20, 1934 he was the son of the late Alfred and Rebecca (Savoie) LeBlanc.
He is survived by his niece Regina Bastarache and her husband Lee Killam with whom he resided, their children Tina and Julie Bastarache whom he was like a brother; sisters Eva (Robert) Gautreau of Montreal, Margaret LeBlanc of Moncton, Beverly (Mike) Newman of Moncton; brothers Alfred LeBlanc of Notre Dame, Ivan LeBlanc of Toronto, Johnny LeBlanc of Cambridge ON, Ernest (Carol) LeBlanc of Moncton, Leon LeBlanc of Moncton; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Joseph.
Peter will be remembered for his smile and always having a positive attitude, he taught us all the true meaning of love and respect. With such good love and care from his niece Regina and family, he was able to enjoy and live life to the fullest of his abilities.
Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 4:00 pm with Father Bernard Sloan officiating.
In Peter's memory, donations made to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
