Obituary of Marie "Yvonne" Lawlor

Marie "Yvonne" Lawlor, 83 , formerly of Shediac Road, passed away at Residence du Marais in Dieppe on Sunday, January 28, 2007. Born in Rogersville she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Jane (Perry) Doucette. She was a former employee of nursing homes in Moncton and Rogersville. Yvonne loved to knit and enjoyed knitting for family, friends and a number of churches. She is survived by three daughters Linda (Rheal Bourque) , Agnes (Glen Pellerin), Dorothy (Stewart Jones) all of Moncton. three sons Patrick (Linda) of Moncton, Richard (Elaine) and Kevin (Paula) all of Halifax. 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; one sister Jean Arsenault (Paul Bourgeois) of Scotch Settlement; two brothers Arthur (Eleonore) of Rogersville; Armand (Annie) of Campbellton; also by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas P. Lawlor in 2001 and by two daughters Mary Jane and Veronica. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Monday January 29, 2007 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. Parish prayers will be held at Monday evening at 8:30pm at Tuttle Bros. The funeral mass will be held at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery at a later date. In Yvonne's memory, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
