Obituary of Manda Devona Melanson

Manda Devona Melanson, of Moncton, NB passed away at The Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the age of 82 years. Born in Moncton, NB on September 13, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Ned and Bridgett Steeves. She is survived by her nephew and niece David Henry and Jean "Bunty" Melanson with whom she resided; nieces Joyce Melanson and her husband Jimmy Gaudet, Florence Gallant and her husband Jimmy; Gladys Woods; nephews Boo Boo Melanson and his wife Theresa and Butch Melanson and his wife Audrey ; also by several great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Clarence Melanson; sisters Edlora, Nellie, and Margaret "Dolly"; brothers Patrick, Jimmy, and Jack; also by her nephew Allan Melanson March 2007. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. on Friday, April 6, 2007 from 2:00 - 4:00pm & 7:00 - 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 11:00 am with Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery in the spring. In Manda's memory, donations may be made to The Oncology Unit at either The Moncton Hospital, or The G. L.
