Obituary of Mary L. Bell

Mary L. Bell, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, May 30, 2008 at the age of 95 years. Born in Moncton on April 22, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Jennie (Mitton) Jones. She was a member of Mountain View United Church in Moncton. Mary enjoyed sending time at the family cottage in West River, Albert Co. A loving and caring mother, nana, and great grandmother, she will be missed by her daughter Patricia Lane and her husband Lawrence of Moncton; five grandchildren Beth Parlee (Darren), Dan Lane (Lisa), Rob Lane (Cindy), Chris Vye (Kim) and Jodie Vye Fournier (Ghislain); eight great grandchildren Michael Parlee, Katie Parlee, Blair Hatfield, MacKenzie, Parker, Tori, Meaghan and Brennen Lane; a sister in law Dolly Jones of Urney, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mary was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Daniel "Dan" H. Bell, a daughter Beverley; two sisters Daisy and Ethel; three brothers Paul, Lawrence and Edgar Jones. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, Lutz St. Moncton on Sunday, June 1, 2008 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Mary Anningson officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Mary's memory made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
