Obituary of Mae Keswick

Mae Keswick, of Port Elgin, passed away at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Friday, April 17, 2009, at the age of 90 years. Born in Bathurst, NB on November 26, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Ernest J. and Gladys (Miller) Harper. Mae was veteran of WWII serving in England as a nursing sister with the Canadian Army Hospital # 12. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn (Leonard ) Goodwin of Baie Verte, NB; two grand daughters Jennifer Goodwin of Vancouver, Heather (David) Cotter of Quispamsis, NB; great grandson Xavier. She was predeceased by her husband Oral H. Keswick; brothers Stewart, Howard and Patrick Harper. Visitation will be held on Monday April 20, 2009 at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home (171 Lutz Street) from 12:00 pm until time of the service at 2:00pm from the Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Mary Anningston officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Mae's memory made to the Westford Nursing Home, Port Elgin, NB would be appreciated by her family.
