Obituary of Marie-Anne Richard

Marie-Anne Richard, of Dieppe and formerly of First Avenue in Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at the age 89 years. Born in Memramcook, NB on February 25, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Honore and Domithilde Cormier. She was a member of Notre Dame de Grace Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by daughters Dorina (Eddie Caissie) LeBlanc of Dieppe; and Pauline (Daniel) Reicker of Moncton; sons Robert Richard (Beverley) of Fredericton and Paul (Louise) Richard of Moncton; sisters Leona Jacob of Dieppe, Lina (Roger) Gagnon of Lewisville; and Louise LeBlanc of Memramcook; brothers Alyre (Ida) Cormier of Memramcook and Alfred (Aurise) Cormier of Dieppe; eight grandchildren Billy, Christopher, Michelle, Cory, Shelley, Patrick, Mathieu and Joel; great grandchildren Brandon, Riley, Skylar and Connor; also by several nieces, nephews and many cousins. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Edgar G. Richard in 1993; daughter Helen Fralick 1997; sisters Margaret Leger and Doris Richard; brother Arthur Cormier; and son in law Claude LeBlanc in 2006. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Tuesday May 28, 2013 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm & 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 11:00 am with Fr. Jean Guy Dallaire officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in Marie-Anne's memory made to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
