Obituary of Leonard Watters

Leonard Watters of Riverview passed away at The Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Monday August 29, 2011 at the age of 67 years. Born in Moncton on August 25, 1944 he was the son of the late Arnold and Mona (Murray) Watters. Leonard enjoyed many years as a bus driver with "Tours R Us". He will be sadly missed by his wife Brenda (Laird) Lawson; daughter Nicole (Dan) Brideau of Salisbury; step daughter Kara (J.P. LeBlanc) of Moncton; brothers David Watters of ON, and Gregory Watters of Halifax; sister Mona Watters of Dieppe; Brenda's sons Mark (Christine) Lawson of Riverivew, Gregory (Mandi) Lawson of Moncton and Jeffrey (Angela) Lawson of Moncton; also by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at The Riverview Funeral Home on Thursday September 1, 2011 between the hours of 2:00pm and 4:00pm. If so desired, and in lieu of flowers, donations in Leonard's memory made to the a living memorial for the family would be appreciated.
