Obituary of Lionel Joseph Blanchard

Lionel J. Blanchard, age86, formerly of Rexton, passed away at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home on Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Born in Rexton, he was the son of the late Joseph and Marie Ann (Allen) Blanchard. Lionel was a veteran of WW. II. He is survived by two sisters Rita Babin of Rexton, Freda Crowell (Lee) of Nova Scotia; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by Sisters Rejina Allen, Margaret LeBlanc, Alice Blanchard, Emma Caissie, Delia Hebert; brothers Jimmy, Pat, Freddie, and Arthur Blanchard. At Lionel's where will be no visitation or service. Donations in Lionel's memory made to the food bank or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
