Obituary of Mary Jessie Stevenson

Jessie Stevenson, 86 years, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Thursday, March 20, 2014. Born in Sugar Loaf, Cape Breton, NS she was the daughter of the late James D. and Mary Ann (MacIntyre) Jobe. She was survived by her daughters Mary Ann Berry of Wolfville, NS and Agnes Pellerin (Norm) of Notre Dame; sons Lawrence Stevenson (Paulette) of Moncton, Earle Lester Stevenson (Donna) of Edmonton and Alton James Stevenson of Moncton; daughter in law Heather Stevenson of Moncton; sisters Margaret Smith of Moncton and Ellen Walls of Bathurst; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Alton Earle Stevenson in 2010. A funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, 171 Lutz Street on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Donations in Jessie's memory made to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
