Obituary of Vera Jean Sinclair
Vera Jean Sinclair, 74, of Moncton, NB and formerly of Salisbury; passed away peacefully with her daughter at her side at Villa du Repos, Moncton, on Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
Born in Parrsboro, NS, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Walter and Jessie (Fillmore) Killam. Vera a member of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church Parish as well as a former sunday school teacher and a volunteer at the Ray of Hope Kitchen.
A loving and caring mom and grandmother she will be sadly missed by her daughter Elizabeth Surette (Jack) of Moncton; her son Mark Bernard (Sharon) of Victoria, BC; adoring grandchildren Victoria Bernard-Fry of Halifax, Joshua, Sara, Katrina and Liam of BC.
Vera was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Jerome "Jerry" Sinclair in 1995.
The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, Moncton, on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 9:30 am with Fr. Allison Carroll officiating.
Interment will be in Boundary Creek Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in Vera 's memory made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Cancer Society, or to the Parkinson Association would be appreciated.
