Obituary of Omer J. Robichaud

Omer J Robichaud, 85, most recently of The Moncton Residence, John St, and formerly of Maple Grove Village, Moncton, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on January 11, 2017. He was the son of the late Ben & Lina (Girouard) Robichaud. Omer is survived by his loving wife Joan (MacKenzie) Robichaud, son Bob Robichaud (Brenda), grandchildren Melissa Robichaud. Robert Robichaud (wife Bobbi). Nick Bourque, Jim Peters, sisters, Pat Doiron (Edgar), Leoma Martel both of Moncton, Rose-Marie Crevier, Candiac, QC; sister-in-law Johna Robichaud. Predeceased by daughter Cindy Peters, sister Josee Doiron (Joe), brothers, Tony, Bill, Don; brother-in-laws Jacques Crevier, Marty Martel; sister-in-laws Marthe and Edith He retired as an independent courier for Purolator. He was a Lifetime Member at Country Meadows Golf Course. Everyone knew when he arrived at the course when they’d hear his laugh, joking & teasing, always a big smile & friendliness. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be arranged in the spring. Donations can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
