Obituary of Jens Arne Jensen

Jens Jensen, 90, of Moncton, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Thursday, May 31, 2012. Born in Denmark on October 22, 1921, he was the son of the late Morten and Cerina Jensen. He was a member of the RAF and was employed with Canada Air and finished his career with Jensen's Sales and Service. Jens loved tinkering with mechanics and carpentry. A quiet and gentle man he will be sadly missed by his daughter Christina Jensen-Martin of Williamstown, On., his two granddaughters Kasia and Alina Martin and by his close friend Rita Boyd of Moncton. Jens was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife the former Benthe (Johansen), his son Danny Jensen and by a brother Niels Jensen. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Fr. Rod Black officiating.
