Obituary of Irene Mary Magee

Irene Mary Magee of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Born in Moncton on April 5, 1921 she was the daughter of the late Regis and Rosanna Cormier. Irene was a member of St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by daughters Bernice (Gopi) Pillai of Inverness, NS, Muriel (Jim) Morrison of North Sydney, NS, Donna (Bob) Cormier, and Sandy (Mike) Goguen both of Moncton, NB; son Paul Magee (Ethel) of Moncton; sisters Eva Arsenault and Rita Collette both of Moncton, NB; brother Gerry (Kate) Cormier of Toronto, ON; 13 Grandchildren and 16 Great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Fred Magee in 1988; sisters Corinne, Edna and Alma; brothers Edgar, Raymond, Fred and Ernest. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home (171 Lutz Street, Moncton) on Monday September 8, 2008 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral mass will be held at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church (43 Botsford St, Moncton) on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 10:00am with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Irene made to the charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by her family.
