Obituary of Philias Lirette

Philias Lirette, 69, of Moncton, NB, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges Dumont University Hospital, on Monday, July 14, 2014. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Norman and Lina (Gosselin) Lirette. Philias is survived by his mother Lina (Gosselin) Lirette of Moncton; four sisters Noella Fougere (Roger) of Moncton, Dora Melanson (Jim) of Moncton, Rosella Poirier (Edgar) of Moncton and Rose-Marie Roy of Dieppe; four brothers Leonard Lorette of Oshawa, ON, Leopold Lirette (Antoinette) of Mississauga, ON, Ronald Lorette of St-Louis-de-Kent and Gerald Lirette (Ann) of Fall River, NS; as well as several nieces and nephews. Philias is predeceased by his father Norman. Visitation will be held at the Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Road, Riverview, on Monday, July 21st, 2014 from 10:00am until time of the memorial service. The memorial service will be held at the Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 21st, 2014 at 11:00am with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary R.C. Cemetery. Donations in Philias' memory made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
