Obituary of Shirley Ann Doiron
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Shirley A. Doiron a loving wife, mother and nanny at the Moncton Hospital on Monday, November 10, 2014 following a brief illness. Born in Sussex, NB., she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Gladys (Parlee) Dunn.
Shirley enjoyed music, however she will be best remembered for her smile, sense of humour and her love for her grand and great grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 57 years Paul E. Doiron, her daughter Cheryl (Brian) Kervin of Riverview; five sons Brian Doiron of Moncton, Tony (Patricia) Doiron of Riverview, Roger Doiron of Moncton, Maurice (Zonya) Doiron of Dieppe and Larry Doiron (Catherine) of Moncton; her adoring fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; her siblings Phyllis, Walter, Jean and Tony; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by siblings Maurice (1954), Donald (1994), Frank (1986), Dorothy (1997), Joyce (1986), Jack (2007), Mary (1936), Claire (1980), Josephine (2007) and Paul (2014).
Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00pm.
The Funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, Riverview, on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 1:30 pm with Father Allison Carroll officiating.
Interment will be in the spring at Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton.
Donations in Shirley's memory made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of donor's choice would be appreciated.
