Obituary of Harold Mollins

Harold Mollins, 94, of the Kinsmen House, Moncton and formerly of Weldon, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2008. He was born in Halifax, NS; and was the son of the late Charles and Margaret (Handley) Mollins. Harold was a retired Train-Man with the CNR and was a member of the CN Pensioners, and a member of the Brotherhood of United Train-Man. He attended Highfield Street United Baptist Church. He is survived by one daughter Patricia Geldart (Robert) of Weldon, two sons Richard Mollins (Carol) of Moncton, Michael Mollins (Candy) of Ammon, NB; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Gladys (Blakney) Mollins in 1993; his son Robert; his grand daughter Tracy; one brother Frederick and one sister Vera Percival. At Harold's request there is no visitation at the Funeral Home A private family graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton, NB at a later date. Donations in Harold's memory made to Memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, (506) 857-8564.
