Obituary of Margaret "Goody" Mary Jessulat

Margaret "Goody" Jessulat, age 87 years, formerly of the Sunset Village Care Home, passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a period of ill health at the Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Wednesday, November 18th, 2009. Born in Moncton on February 23rd, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Robert Albert Arseneault and Mabel Marie Melanson Collette. Affectionately known as "Goody" to family and friends, a name given to her by her father when she was a child. She was a lifelong resident of Moncton and was known for her homemaking skills as a seamstress and knitter. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughter Norma of McAllen, Texas and son Ronald (Isabelle) of Bathurst; grandchildren Rebecca (Carl) Dourambeis of Pointe Claire, Andrea (Scott) Cook of Vancouver, Natalie Masterton of Seattle, Peter Jessulat of Calgary, and Mary Jessulat of Saint John; great grandchildren Lynn, Brittany, Zachary and Oliver; sisters Judith (Lloyd) Davey of Norton, Rosanna (Doug) Reid of Riverview, Gloria Savoie of Moncton; brother Omer (Maxine) Collette of NL; sister in law Jeannine Arseneault of Cocagne. Predeceased by her husband Norman in 2001; brother Lawrence; sisters Constance and Mildred; brothers in law Gerry Wright and George Moisse. The family will be receiving visitors at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home on Saturday, November 21st, 2009 from 9-10am. The funeral service will take place at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home on Saturday, November 21st, 2009 at 10am with Fr. Toner officiating. Interment to take place in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Margaret made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Dr. George L.
