Obituary of John Gregory Young

It is with profound sadness and grief that the family of the late John Gregory Young,63, announce his sudden passing on June 6,2018 at the Dr. Georges –L—Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton. Born on April 5,1955 in Moncton he was the beloved son of the late Gordon and the late Lorraine (LeBlanc) Young Besides his parents he was predeceased by paternal grandparents: John and Elizabeth Young; maternal grandparents: Leo and Julia LeBlanc, as well as, several aunts ,uncles and cousins. Mourning the loss of such a generous and loving spirit are his sisters: Nancy Young, N. Vancouver, BC and Heather (Kevin) AuCoin, Sydney, NS, as well as niece and godchild Denise(Craig) Scott, grand nephew Gavin, Dartmouth, NS, Aunt Marion LeBlanc, LeHavre, NS and several cousins. As per Greg’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at St. Bernard’s Church,43 Botsford St., Moncton on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 9:30am with interment at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Chartersville. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of our brother may be made to NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the CHU Dumont Foundation (Palliative Care Unit).
