Obituary of Geneva MacQuarrie

Geneva MacQuarrie, of Royal Court, Riverview and formerly of High St. Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday October 22, 2009 at the age of 90 years. Born in Moncton on August 29, 1919 she was the daughter of the late John and Hazel (Smith) Wilson. A member of Highfield Baptist Church she enjoyed being a member of the Young at Heart group. She is survived by her son Jack MacQuarrie and his wife Judy; grandchildren Jonathan and Amy; great grandson Adam; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband J. Milton in 1989; sisters Laura Smith, Hulda Roberts, and Wyonne Dixon; brother Hartley Wilson. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. on Friday October 23, 2009 from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Saturday October 24, 2009 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Jonathan Steeper officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
