Obituary of Georgina E. MacDonald

Georgina Elizabeth MacDonald of Moncton passed away at the age of 98 years at The Moncton Hospital, on Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Born in Bass River, NB on January 6, 1913 she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Gertrude (Thompson) Roberts. Georgina was a pastry cook, a former employee of Eaton's Groceries, and a former employee of the Salvation Army Home. She is survived by her son John MacDonald (Janice Lutes) of Moncton; grandchildren Cathy Kavanaugh (Terry), David MacDonald (Amber), Tracy Sherwood (Darren), Randy MacDonald, Kelly Cosman (Jason) and Lloyd Lutes (Melanie); great grandchidren Amy, Bradly, Jeremy, Amanda, Chelsea, Kaleb, Owen and Travis; one great great grandchild Colton. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband John in 1992; sisters Ethel and Alice; brothers Murray, Isaac, Albert, George, Harry, Percy and Vincent. A private family visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 11:00 am with Rev.
