Obituary of George J. Doucette

George Doucette, 80, formerly of Richibucto Cape, NB, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital, Moncton on Friday, July 10, 2015. Born in Richibucto Cape, NB; he was the son of the late Joseph and Délia (LeBlanc) Doucette. George was a retired fisherman, a lover of carpentry and a fan of vanilla ice cream. He also attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses for many years in Rexton, NB. He will be missed by his wife Claudia (Daigle) Doucette; two daughters Lisa (Robert) and Denise; son Denis (Linda); three grandchildren Melanie (Michael), Adriana and Jacob; four sisters Monique, Doris, Pauline and Jeanette; three brothers Normand, Maurice and Emile; and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents George was predeceased by his son Robert and sister Rhea. Honoring George’s wishes a graveside and interment service will be held at West Branch Jehovah's Witnesses Cemetery, West Branch, NB, on Sunday July 19 at 2:00 PM.
